  • weekly breakfast group is designed for individuals wishing to explore their relationship with food and their struggle with emotional eating, disordered eating, or chronic dieting.
  • Breakfast is eaten as a group in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
  • Enjoy a tasty and nutritious meal in a relaxing and safe environment where you can process your fears + negative beliefs about food.
  • After the meal, participants will have the opportunity to talk about their feelings surrounding the meal and specific challenges related to food, nourishment, and body image.
  • Nutrition information and skills will be discussed including the cycle of overeating, triggers for emotional eating, coping strategies, and ways to find support during this journey.  Mindful eating exercises will be incorporated throughout the group.
